Shop Policies

No Holds: All items for sale are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment Methods: Charles Phillips accepts cash, checks, and credit cards. A 3% surcharge applies to all card transactions.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted within 30 days for store credit with receipt.

Store Credit: Store credit is non-transferable and must be redeemed within 12 months of the date issued.

Condition Acknowledgement: Items are sold strictly in 'As-Is, Where-Is' condition. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that antique furniture naturally exhibits age-related wear, blemishes, structural character, and previous repairs.

Pick Up and Transport: We do not take responsibility for furniture once it has been tied down and checked by person(s) picking up in-store.

Storage Terms: Items are left at the customer’s discretion. Customers are responsible for communicating and arranging pickups. Items left over 60 days from the purchase date will be charged a 10% monthly storage fee, payable at pickup. After 120 days, any items remaining in the sold room without customer communication will be declared abandoned and removed.

Pricing: Pricing is firm and non-negotiable. Goods are sold directly to the public at dealer or wholesale costs without traditional retail markups.

Shipping Policy: No shipping services are provided at this time.

Delivery Services: Local transport can be arranged through a third-party delivery service upon the customer's request.
